Roger
“As an experienced carpenter, I put my skills to good use working as a service engineer. I follow up on any issues people are having with windows and doors, so if you need a new window handle or your door is sticking when it opens, I’m the person to talk to. I’m analytical and love problem solving – I also live locally in Kent and know the area well, so I won’t get lost finding my way to your house!”

v
James
“I’ve worked at Swift Home Improvements Ltd for more than 10 years now. I work in trade sales, putting together quotes, taking calls, checking on projects and dealing with deliveries. I have built up good product knowledge during my time here and I enjoy putting it to the test when answering technical questions. It’s very rewarding working  directly with customers and I always provide the best service I possibly can.”

v
Mark
“I am a delivery driver at Swift Home Improvements, delivering to customers across Kent. I like the social element of my job and get to meet new people every day. I am also a forklift driver, and have excellent knowledge of the roads, so you will know your delivery is in safe hands with me. It’s good to be out and about and on the roads every day, making sure my deliveries are on time.”

v
Laura
“I work on the retail side of the business, looking after administration and quotations. I also get to work with customers, which is a part of the job I love – it’s great working in a busy office and meeting so many different people. My background in retail means I am good at multitasking, and customer service is always a priority for me.”

v
Stevie
“I work with our retail customers, preparing quotations and answering enquiries. You will probably meet me if you come into our showroom or want to ask any questions. No two days are the same and I’m certainly kept busy in the office – this is one of the main things I enjoy about my job. I knew the owner of Swift Home Improvements in my previous role and am now enjoying being a part of the company.”

v
Ivan
“My role is mainly based on site, where I will visit customers and help with any issues. I spent most of my career as a window fitter and have NVQs Level 1 and 2, so I can work with the team to resolve any challenges and make sure the installation runs smoothly. I enjoy working with lots of different customers, and being able to help people and make them happy every day is one of the most rewarding aspects of what I do.”

v
Dan
“I am responsible for providing product advice and technical support to our retail customers. If you request a quotation, it will be me who comes out to your property to discuss your options with you. I have a background in manufacturing and fitting, and I have built up an excellent knowledge of the Swift Home Improvements product range. I like the challenge of my job, and always aim to make my customers happy.”

v
Jay
“I carry out surveys in customers’ homes, completing drawings and making sure I have all the correct measurements. This means I can recommend the right products to suit you and your home. I used to be an installer, so I know windows and doors inside out. My experience has given me excellent product knowledge and customers know they can rely on me to meet their needs.”

v
Daisy
“I work in the office, helping with filing, scanning and general administration. I am a people person, so I love meeting customers and working as part of a lively team. I need to be highly organised, because I help to keep things running smoothly. There’s also lots of customer communication – I create orders, send confirmations via email, and if you call up, it might well be me answering the phone.”
